As Head of HR, you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports organisational growth and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to anticipate workforce needs and ensure a skilled, diverse talent pipeline.
• Drive employee engagement programs that promote motivation, retention, and a positive workplace environment.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives, focusing on leadership development and continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure the organisation reflects diverse perspectives and values.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth and transformation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR leadership, workforce planning, and culture development.
• Experience in fostering diversity and inclusion, managing organisational change, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
