We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IoT solutions, drive brand awareness, and accelerate growth in the IoT market. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and strategize marketing efforts for a company at the forefront of IoT technology.

With us you will…
– Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and drives growth in target markets
– Brand Management: Manage and strengthen the company’s brand identity and positioning in the IoT industry
– Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences, generate leads and support sales efforts
– Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including company website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance online visibility, generate leads and engage customers
– PR and AR: Foster strong media relationships and coordinate PR activities. Manage relationships with industry analysts and influencers to enhance the company’s market position
– Customer and Market Surveys: Conduct market and customer surveys to gain insights and improve marketing strategies
– Event Coordination: Plan, manage, and coordinate both internal and external events, including trade shows and conferences
– Field Marketing: Lead field marketing efforts in the USA, France, and APAC regions to promote company offerings
– Channel & Partner Marketing: Define, align and execute channel (incl. Vodafone OpCos) and partner marketing activities to strengthen relationships with strategic partners and expand the company’s reach, including agreeing annual co-marketing budget, planning and running joint campaigns, physical and online events with Vodafone
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Strategy and other departments to develop external product marketing materials (incl. battlecards, case studies, customer references) ensuring successful product launches and sales efforts with channel and direct customers
– Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
– Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and track key performance metrics

– Proven experience in a global senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the IoT or technology industry
– Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
– Experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
– Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
– Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
– Exceptional stakeholder management
– Ability to maintain the right balance between tactical and strategic activity
