📍 London | 💰 £80,000 – £110,000 (DOE)
A leading provider of industrial and logistics spaces is looking for a Head of Marketing to drive brand strategy, market positioning, and multi-channel engagement. This is a high-impact role for a brand-focused marketing leader with expertise in digital, PR, and customer engagement.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Brand Strategy & Positioning – Develop and execute a clear brand strategy to strengthen market presence and messaging.
• Digital & Website Management – Oversee website content, SEO, and UX to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing – Own customer satisfaction initiatives and implement marketing automation to improve retention.
• Multi-Channel Marketing – Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and events to drive awareness and engagement.
• Social Media & Content – Manage LinkedIn and content marketing to position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
• Stakeholder & Agency Management – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Leadership – Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring strategic execution and professional growth.
• Events & Industry Presence – Plan and execute industry events, PR initiatives, and brand partnerships to enhance visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior brand and marketing leadership role, ideally in property, real estate, or B2B.
• Strong track record in brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with sales, leasing, and asset management.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM, performance marketing, and campaign analytics.
