In this newly created role, the Head of Marketing will report to the CEO to establish the marketing function, ways of working, develop the team, structure and activate the global marketing plan. Overview:The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing management, brand development, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and countries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional marketing teams on regional brand campaign planning, setting a global strategy and ensuring tight partnership on regional brand activities
  • Measure and report on the performance of brand marketing initiatives, and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Plan and manage the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources
  • Ensure all copy content adheres to brand guidelines and voice.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to increase online presence and engagement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team in our brands across the world.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across our global products and adjust strategies as needed, and monitor the performance of our regional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing campaigns, teams, and people.
