Designs the Sales strategy for the assigned region; generates and selects new opportunities for the product range of the business unit, securing achievement of target sales volumes, in line with the business financial targets
Closely cooperates with the other internal stakeholders, providing direct feedback from the market and competitive intelligence, to improve business’ performance and market share in the assigned region
Coordinates with internal commercial and supporting functions to deliver timely and high-quality proposals
Leads the contract negotiations for the awarded orders
Designs, executes and delivers sales volumes, profitability, and cash flow commitments, on quarterly basis
Coordinates customers’ events, technology sessions, third parties’ channels, within the assigned region
Manages and monitors the annual budget of expenses
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, or equivalent field; an additional MBA or Energy Engineering degree is a plus
5+ years relevant working experience of in energy sector
Deep knowledge of the energy markets, including regulatory aspects, in the assigned region
Extended knowledge and understanding of the Li-Ion battery technologies, applications, and complex Li-Ion based battery storage systems
Business acumen in the energy trading, energy management and electric grid optimization sector
Proven commercial, selling and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the regulatory framework in the electricity sector of the assigned region
Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team in a cross-functional, task-oriented organization, through solid leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively with C-level leadership
Perfect command of the English language is a mandatory requirement; any other European language is a plus
Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and effective communicator especially with C-Level leadership
Team spirit mentality, fast-learner; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multi-tasking working environment
