• Lead the sales and marketing strategy, focusing on increasing covers, spend per head, and overall profitability.
• Build and implement the annual calendar, packed with creative campaigns and impactful promotions.
• Oversee digital presence and CRM systems, ensuring maximum engagement and measurable ROI.
• Use market insights and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform high-level decisions.
• Collaborate with key teams to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
