  • Assessing progress, providing feedback, and ensuring all students reach their full potential.
  • Working closely with school staff and parents to support learners’ individual needs.

Basically – you’ll be the heartbeat of the Health & Social Care department!Who Are We Looking For?

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – you’re officially certified to inspire!
  • An Enhanced DBS – don’t worry if you haven’t got one yet, we’ll help you sort it.
  • EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration – or be happy to register with our guidance.
  • A passion for health, social care, and helping young people thrive.
  • A sense of humour, a strong work ethic, and maybe a secret stash of biscuits for break time.
