Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to patients and residents Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Support nursing staff in delivering quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote dignity, independence, and respect for all individuals in your care Requirements: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) (Applicants without this must be willing to work towards it within 2 years) Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential) Good communication and interpersonal skills Eligibility to work in Ireland (General Employment Permit support available for suitable international candidates) Benefits: Competitive salary with opportunities for progression Support with permit and visa application (if applicable) Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment
