Join our team as a mental healthcare support worker and alongside registered practitioners, you will be helping people struggling with their mental health.For an informal discussion please contact Godwin Mboko, Team Manager via email @ Godwin.Mboko1@nhs.netMain duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for:Implementation of care plans and care packages to service users experiencing severe mental illness and / or mental health problems.Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of high quality care through involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.Supporting the service user, their carers and the wider professional team.Actively promoting a caring attitude at all times, treating patients / service users with dignity and respect.The post holder will organise their own time and work on own initiative as necessary, prioritising service user care under the supervision of an appropriate professional.
