Contract Duration: 3+ months, ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £25.00 – £29.00 per hour

As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting child health. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme
✔ Providing expert guidance to families on child health and development
✔ Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure integrated care
✔ Conducting health assessments and evaluations
✔ Promoting well-being across families and communities
✔ Maintaining accurate records in line with NHS standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
🔹 SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
🔹 NMC Registration
🔹 Experience in child protection and multi-agency collaboration
🔹 Strong understanding of child health agendas
