Description:PART TIME – 20 HOURS/WEEKSalary – Starting at £13.90/hour, going up to £14.20/hour upon successful completion of probationary period.WHO WE ARE!We are a friendly busy GP Practice, based within purpose built premises on the outskirts of Inverness. Our Practice operates under a General Medical Services contract with NHS Highland and our team comprises GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, an experienced Business Manager and an excellent administration team.THE ROLEWe want someone who can assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.THE QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FORIf you are able to perform the following, then you have come to the right place!

• Ability to work shifts on weekdays any time between 0800 and 1800hrs (no weekends!)
• Can adapt to new systems and procedures
• Can change workload to match changing priorities
• Able to communicate with patients and staff at all levels
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Being able to multitask

BACKGROUND MUST HAVES

• Experience of working directly in a healthcare assistant role or similar post
• Proficient computer knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Effective time management skills
