Greystone Farm is looking for a compassionate HHA, LNA or CNA to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Full Time, Part time and Per Diem Opportunities 7a-3p or 11p-7a
$17-18.25/HR
$1,000 Sign on bonus for Full Time Nights 11p-7a
HHA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements
HHA Requirements:
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
- Willingness to learn!
