You’ll be handling inbound leads from our CRM, marketing campaigns, and automations — not cold calling. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects and a key driver of our sales success.This role is perfect for a workaholic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and wants a long-term opportunity to grow into higher sales roles.What You’ll Do:Respond to inbound email leads, CRM prospects, and warm inquiriesQualify and book high-quality appointments with our closing teamFollow up via phone, email, and automation toolsKeep CRM data clean and organized (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)Occasionally assist in live client transitions and sales conversationsLearn sales strategy and close deals yourself if you choose to grow into that pathHit daily/weekly booking goals and contribute directly to company growthWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years in inside sales, BDR, call center, door-to-door, or appointment settingStrong phone and written communication skillsSelf-managed, high-energy, and results-focusedExperience with CRMs and sales tools (GoHighLevel is a plus)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organizedLong-term mindset with the desire to grow inside a companyMost importantly: hungry to win and ready to grindMust be a native English speaker with strong phone and writing sales skills.Compensation:Base salary + commissionCommissions paid for:Qualified calls bookedShowed appointmentsSales closed by our closersSales you close yourself (with training & support)Benefits Include:In-office preferred (St. Petersburg HQ) with flexible hybrid options availableUnlimited PTOHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401k with access to a financial advisorGym credits or Calm subscriptionInternal promotion opportunities and career pathingA culture of fun, high-performance, and continuous growthWhy Otter PR?Otter PR isn’t just a top PR firm — it’s a launchpad for ambitious professionals.
