Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Hotel Bar Manager for a prestigious 4* Hotel in North Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will lead a team of bartenders dedicated to delivering unparalleled experiences, welcoming guests from around the world and creating memories for every visitor.Requirements of the Hotel Bar Manager

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a high-end bar or 4* or 5* Hotel
• Valid work permit
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and mentor a team of passionate bartenders
• Time management and organisational skills
• Deep knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and best practices
• Computer literacy
• Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Responsibilities of the Hotel Bar Manager

• Along with the Food & Beverage Manager ensure that impeccable service standards are always maintained, exceeding guest expectations.
• Curate an exceptional beverage menu, featuring signature cocktails and premium spirits
• Drawing up staff rosters within the allocated budget
• Create and implement training programs to continuously elevate the skills and knowledge of our bar team.
• Ensuring the highest hygiene standards are maintained in the bar and checklists updated
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to uphold quality of the bar
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimise profitability without compromising quality
• Cash handling, card transactions, banking and transaction and sales reporting
