The main focus of the role is support the F&B Management in looking after all aspects of service in our hotel bar, Inn on the Green, ensuring the guest experience is reflective of the 5 star Fitzwilliam service.The hotel has been awarded Great Place to Work ™ for the second year in a row, as well as achieving Gold Level for Failte Ireland’s Outstanding Employer Certification for 2024 and is in the top five luxury hotels in Dublin according to Travel & Leisure Magazine (2023).The ideal candidates will have worked in a similar hotel or bar before and will have previous supervisory or team leader experience. The right candidate will:
- Be willing to learn and then exceed in their role
- Passionate about continued learning in the hospitality industry
- Enjoy working within a team and on own initiative at times
- Have the ability to lead a team to provide a 5* guest experience
- Be creative and innovative
- Be naturally friendly with a willingness to help exceed guests expectations
- Must be available to work on a shift basis, including weekends
