The client is looking for a Hotel Director to join his team in Brussels.The Hotel Director will have the following responsibilities :

• Lead recruitment efforts and foster the training, development, and motivation of the team
• Manage and supervise the organization of personnel, ensuring efficient operation
• Exhibit participatory leadership to maintain a positive work environment and set a good example
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, managing complaints effectively when necessary
• Expand the customer base and explore new commercial development channels while managing online reputation and feedback
• Oversee budget preparation, credit management, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and a positive work environment

Hotel Hospitality

• 5 years of experience in Hotel Management
• Academic background: Diploma/Degree in Tourism
• Highly valued qualifications: Master’s in Hospitality Management or MBA
• Language proficiency: Fluency French, English. Dutch is a plus.
