Requirements of the Sales Executive

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Midlands market, with established contacts and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue across various segments, including corporate, leisure, and events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate and leisure clients.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for all client bookings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the hotel’s business objectives.
