Housekeeping SupervisorWe are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will work within our Housekeeping Department. As part of the Housekeeping team, you will be operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to train and manage new staff members.   • Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multitask
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic with great attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest’s wants and needs
  • Respond to any customer complaints in an efficient manner and always ensuring guest satisfaction
  • To have strong product knowledge
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to act as a self-starter and clearly understand the work priorities
  • Responsible for training and supervising staff
  • Ability to deliver on strict deadlines each day
  • Must be knowledgeable in hotels par stock level policies and order procedures
  • Ensure room attendants have all tools and cleaning products required to carry out their jobs in a safe and hygienic manner

Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a % star luxury environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the Accommodation department
  • Commitment to training and development of staff within the department
  • Skills: communication, presentation, planning and organizational
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Knowledge of financial management and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a quality and fast paced service environment
  • Develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments
  • Attention to detail and high standards required
  • Excellent proficiency of the English language, both verbal and written is essential
