Job description

Excel Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator for a client based in Dublin. This person will be a key support to the HR and Leadership team within the company and will assist with driving change and improvement initiatives. This position would suit a HR candidate who would like to take on a new challenge, in a busy environment, with a growing Company.Responsibilities:

• Monitor HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Provide HR administration support to team leaders and supervisors
• Update internal HR database, ensuring all employees are compliant with current employment legislation
• Assist the HR team with job applications, interviews, feedback and onboarding of candidates
• Report on performance indicators for teams across the business
• Get involved with HR initiatives and activities, getting buy in from relevant stakeholders
• Assist teams across the business to deliver support for the development of employees
• Promote a healthy culture across all levels of the business

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• 3rd level qualification in Human Resources and CIPD accreditation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland and UK
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential
• Must have a full clean driving licence
