Key ResponsibilitiesProvide input to advise AOC/Saudi Aramco employees on functions of assigned HR area, ensuring that employees receive equitable treatment and receive HR advice and services as per applicable law, internal policies and proceduresEnsure that execution of HR related items by the divisions and HR are within the applicable law, policies and procedures and according to the agreed timelines, and following best practiceDeliver input for operation plan, business plan and accountabilities and strategy direction on request.Support, as assigned, special projects, long-range studies, and related activities, which are technical in nature and may involve several different HR functionsResolve issues relating to (assigned) HR function and the assigned responsibilitiesSupport line activities within assigned HR functional areaProvide work direction to lower level professional and/or clerical staff in functional areaPerform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor or Senior Team memberCollect and analyze information relevant to assigned HR functions, in order to ensure an up-to-date service-level and continuous improvement.Functional Specific ResponsibilitiesDomestic HR
- Advise AOC manag ement and employees on Personnel issues
- Provide related staff support and undertake administrative activit ies in a variety of functions, including: record management, vacation and sicknes s management, promotions/ reclassifications, employee award programs
- Establ ish recru itm ent strategies and HR Policies for assigned area of responsibility
- Coo rdinate Employee Ben efit s Administ ration
- Con du ct personal and/or t elephone interviews to determin e qualification s, adaptabilit y, and availability ofcandidates
- Promot e viable candidat es to proponent organizations and negotiates offer acceptance and target start dates with candidates
- Provide staff support and employee & supervisor counseling
Domestic Recruitment
- Establish recruitment procedures for assigned area of responsibility and tr anslatesstrategy into yearly recruitment plans (in cl. selecting recruitment sources, -tools, talent attraction with a focus on employer branding)
- Conduct personal and/or telephone interviews to determine qualifications, adaptability, and availabilit y of candidates
- Promote viable candidates to proponent organization s and negotiates offer acceptance and target start dates wit h candidates
- Provide staff support and employee & supervisor counselin g on recruitment -related matter s
- Commu nicate reg ularly with theassigned (applicable Division) Domestic HR Advisor/ Busines s Partner
Training and Development & Planning
- Advi se AOC management on employee training and educat ional matter s
- Joint development, implement ation, and evaluation of forma l and on-the-job training programs for AOC and subsidiary company employees and/or Saudi Arab employees of Saudi Aramco
- Ensure maint enance of the SAP PMP system
- Develop and maintain company succession plans
- Assist Saudi Aramco Management Development and Career Development Departments by locatin g host companies in Area of Operat ions
- Research and design draft HR strategies in suppor t of IRD Administrat or and HR Superv isors
- Perform special HR rela t ed projects, long-range studies, and related activities, which are highly technical in natu re and may involve several different HR functions
- Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned HR functi o ns. Research the design, im pact, and implementation required for changes or additi ons to HR activities. Develop sound pro fessional recomme ndations based on findings
- Provide general support to IRD Adminis trator and HR super visors
- Manage HR bu dget cycle
- Manage AOC Job De scriptions and Organization Chart s
- M anage HR Communications (inte rn al to employees)
International HRChapter 8 Support
- Keep up -to-date on Saudi Aramco “Chapt er 8′ policies and procedures. Guid e admin staff on policy updates
- Inform and guide employeesregarding Saudi Aramco ‘Chapter 8’ policies and procedures
- Advi se AOC and pro ject management on issues relating to OOK assignments
- Provide Onboarding Presentation s a nd Suppor t to Chapter 8 assignees placed on assignment in AOC Area of Operations
- Develop recommendat ions for new or revised Chapt er 8 policie s
- Conduct or support HR bu sinesspartn er meetings and/or provide specialist input from the area of expertise

- Daily with counterparts in Saudi Aramco and subsidiary compa nies
- Occasionally with ext ern al companies and/or consultants to gather informat ion for analyses and/or studies
- Occasionally with universities and other academic/traininginstitutions (dependingon assigned fun ctio n)

lntemal
- Daily within AOC to provide advice and consultation on assigned IR functions, and to implement policies
- Daily with AOC and/or Saudi Aramco employees receiving services from the function to r esolve problems
- Frequently with AOC line management in admini stering procedures and systems
- Regular contact with Recrui tm ent and EEO in Saudi Arabia (Employment Branding & Attraction department)
