As a global B2B Events and Media Company known for our vibrant culture and innovative spirit, we’re in search of a HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team, helping us maintain excellence and a positive employee experience.Your Role: HR & Payroll AdministratorAs a vital cog in the machinery, you’ll ensure seamless HR and payroll operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for HR and payroll queries from managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Guiding the complete onboarding process – from preparing and disseminating contracts to warmly welcoming new team members. You’ll also verify starter packs and eligibility-to-work documentation.
- Maintaining and meticulously reviewing personnel files and HR records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and updated information.
- Keeping critical HR administrative documents current, such as organisational charts, profit share, and commission records.
- Collaborating with the HR team to refine and elevate company-wide HR and payroll services.
Who We Seek:Our ideal HR and Payroll Administrator is enthusiastic, thriving in a multifaceted role. Desired attributes include:
- Ideally one year’s HR and payroll experience, showcasing a robust foundational understanding. However recent graduates with either a Human Resources bachelor’s degree or CIPD qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in effective workload management, consistent deadline adherence, and proactive task prioritization.
- A proactive problem-solving approach with readiness to seize initiative.
