This role requires an HR Assistant who will provide high-quality support to the Human Resources department of a well-established property firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR duties, including employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks.Job Description:
- Providing comprehensive support to the HR department.
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Handling employee relations and responding to employee queries.
- Updating and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with the organisation of training sessions and workshops.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting with payroll-related tasks.
- Conducting administrative tasks as required.
