🚀We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join our client’s executive team. This role will lead our Human Resources department, driving strategic initiatives to promote organizational growth and employee well-being. As a pivotal leader, you will shape our company’s culture, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion coaching, mentoring, and management programs to cultivate a high-performance culture while supporting the HR team in achieving excellence.
  • Implement modern strategies for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce optimization, and change management.
  • Promote an inclusive work environment that prioritizes diversity and equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Foster collaboration within HR and across departments, encouraging employee-centric decisions that benefit clients and the business.
  • Provide expertise in HR operations, service centers, and centers of excellence, maintaining a progressive approach to HR practices.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, aligning short-term initiatives with long-term goals while building trust with leaders at all levels.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, guiding sales leaders to seamlessly integrate HR services into their operations.
  • Serve as both a strategic advisor and team leader, mentoring peers, improving team performance, and providing clear direction.
  • Leverage expertise to support HR team development and drive the execution of critical initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Native-level or fluent English proficiency (C1), with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • 5-7 years of senior-level HRBP experience in dynamic environments, preferably in technology, sales, or BPO sectors.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing an HR team.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations within Ireland; experience with other European markets is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, gap analysis, and employee development.
  • Proven track record in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing culture and organizational changes with measurable people-focused outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills within global, culturally diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Adept at managing competing priorities and making effective decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exemplifies the highest standards of integrity and sound judgment.
