As a vital member of our executive team, the HR Director will spearhead our Human Resources department, driving the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance organisational growth and employee satisfaction. This role is essential for shaping our company’s culture and ensuring it aligns with our overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coaching, mentoring, and management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and support the HR team in achieving excellence.
  • Utilize modern strategies for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce enablement, and change management.
  • Advocate for an inclusive work environment, emphasizing diversity and equal opportunity for all employees.
  • Build collaboration within HR and across the organization, encouraging smart, employee-focused decisions that benefit clients and the business.
  • Provide expertise in HR operations, service centers, and centers of excellence, maintaining a contemporary approach to HR practices.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, aligning short-term tactics with long-term business goals and fostering trust with leadership at all levels.
  • Establish strong relationships across the organization, guiding sales leaders to fully integrate HR services into their operations.
  • Serve as both a strategic partner and team leader, mentoring peers, enhancing team performance, and providing strategic direction.
  • Apply expertise to support the HR team’s development while actively contributing to its execution of key initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Native-level or fluent English proficiency (C1), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5-7 years of senior-level HRBP experience in dynamic environments, ideally in technology, sales, or BPO sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an HR team.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations within Ireland, with exposure to other European markets considered a plus.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, gap analysis, and employee development.
  • Proven success in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement culture and organizational changes, delivering measurable people-focused outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills within global, culturally diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities and making effective decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of meeting deadlines and multitasking effectively.
  • Displays the highest standards of integrity and sound judgment.
