We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Manager to oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions. This role will provide HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring the organisation’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals and a positive workplace culture.Key duties and Responsibilities will include:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers on setting objectives, and help employees achieve their full potential.Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies. Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR procedures.Training & Development: Identify training needs and organise development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Compensation & Benefits: Assist with salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensure competitive and equitable compensation.HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports, and monitor key HR metrics to inform decision-making.Employee Engagement: Foster employee engagement initiatives, track satisfaction levels, and help implement strategies to improve workplace morale.Health & Safety: Support initiatives related to workplace safety and well-being.Experienced HR Managers looking for a like minded opportunityIf you’re after a commercial, forward thinking organisationThe successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven working experience in a similar Generalist HR role
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
