We know that our style of being open and forward thinking will enable us to get the best, most innovative talent and we are ready to hear your big ideas.We are now looking for an HR Manager to be based in our Ireland office, providing expert advice, guidance and consultancy services to the local team, and contributing to Group objectives, while supporting a performance, learning and service driven culture. Working with the Partners, Directors and Senior Managers to proactively identify and resolve people management issues through the application of appropriate individual and organisational interventions.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide robust HR advice and guidance to Partners, Directors and Senior managers, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related issues
  • Be proactive and supportive to managers in respect of guidance and working methods on individual and organisational development, policies, procedures, good practice and working methods necessary to enhance performance
  • Lead and take full accountability for delivery of both regular and ad-hoc people related projects.
  • Interpret internal, workforce and broader data to predict and address challenges and work collaboratively with Partners and Directors in respect of a succession planning and talent management process that ensures continuity for identified business critical roles and meets the capability requirements of the directorate in the short and longer term
  • Take a lead role locally in the HR annual business planning, performance management, salary and bonus processes
  • Support the HR Director in the identification of talent and appropriate development positions globally
  • Ensure an accurate, compliant and efficient immigration process for relevant Luxembourg staff
  • Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure that quality recruits are selected and introduced to the business in a seamless manner
  • Responsible for ensuring that all management policies and procedures are compliant with best practise globally and employment legislation locally
  • Be proactive in recognising and pursuing opportunities for improving procedures, processes and controls
  • Liaise with Group L&D to help identify development needs and Group priority needs for the jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and relevant MI to Partners including interpretation and suggested actions where necessary
  • Determine, allocate and monitor the local HR budget

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWe’re looking for an individual with extensive experience operating at a senior HR level, within a professional service environment, working with Senior Managers and Directors. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering sound generalist HR support and advice including performance management, talent development and employee engagement policies, to all levels within a medium / large sized business.Confident and organised, you will need to be able to make decisions quickly, with an ability to hold difficult conversations. Exposure to Ireland employment law and local legislation is essential.You’ll also be used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders, influencing and communicating at senior levels, adjusting to changing priorities as required.If you are motivated, proactive and excited by the opportunity to work within our innovative and dynamic culture which rewards your efforts and accomplishments, then we want to hear from you!
