Act as the main point of contact for all employees and provide excellent HR support and
Recommend and Implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives with an employee centred mindset, that succeed due to high Leadership engagement whilst ensuring they are in line with changing legislation and HR best practice.
Scale current policies and objectives of the Company and ensure consistency across two
Develop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure all decision- making processes are consistent within the HR framework.
Coach managers on employee situations and best HR
Manage the accurate recording of all employees on sick leave and responsible for the management of all employees on long term medical leave.
Responsible for managing all employee records while on leave e.g. maternity leave, leave of absence etc.
Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within the time guidelines of the company policies.
Refer Employees to occupational health when necessary.
Manage and monitor employees working hours and send weekly reports to the management team.
Partnering with payroll to ensure that have all relevant employee information i.e. new hires, bank holiday Reports.
Compliance with Relevant Legislation
Liaise with Colleges/Universities to arrange Student Internships
Experienced Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
Minimum 5 years HR Experience
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
Possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills with all levels of employees and managers
Highly organised with the ability to priorities effectively and strong follow through
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
Comfortable managing grey areas, excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
Has a strong attention to detail and understanding of the need for accuracy
Works well in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable at times with ambiguity
