As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.We are looking for an HR Service Partner to join our Ireland entity, supporting the HR Manager in delivering efficient and effective HR activities across the Campus.What is the role about?This role offers a motivated and committed HR Administrator the opportunity to gain further experience in HR. You will work closely with the HR Manager in Ireland and oversee HR operations for four entities on Campus. In this fast-paced environment, you will build strong relationships and support the needs of our growing and diverse Campus.Which tasks will you perform?

  • Help to foster and maintain an environment of trust and positivity by engaging proactively with colleagues across the Campus
  • Carry out all activities aligned to our values of Sustainability, Commitment, Excellence and Friendliness
  • Support the creation of our Campus by participating in the recruitment process and through the efficient implementation of the onboarding journey
  • Manage the start-up process for new colleagues with the HRSSC, IT and Controlling colleagues.
  • Assist with the co-ordination and administration of employee engagement initiatives
  • Carry out all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently ensuring consistency in application across the Campus
  • Make improvements to practices and procedures to support the efficient operation of the HR function
  • Utilize the People Solution platform (SAP Success Factors) for the management of employee documentation and promotion of the platform to provide quick and efficient support on employee queries
  • Coordinate the internal administration of benefit programs, ensuring awareness and education on benefits available, including jubilees and milestones
  • Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Proactively encourage continuous learning via promotion of the People Solution Learning and LinkedIn Learning platforms
  • Organize and manage group / individual training requirements
  • Support key initiatives aligned with our Strategy 2027+
  • Support administration requirements to ensure compliance under health and safety legislation and the requirements for our business operations
  • Work in cross functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives across the Campus
  • Any other duties commensurate with your skills and experience and as directed by your manager in the development of the role and the HR function overall

What do we expect from you?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • A relevant HR/CIPD qualification, or actively pursuing same
  • Strong organization and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to process information and manage interactions with confidentiality and discretion
  • High level of IT affinity with proven experience embracing technology and new ways of working to support efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • A confident communicator with the ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with colleagues
  • A customer centric approach with a can-do attitude, brining energy to every task
  • Experience working in a high pace environment, working to deadline and managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Process driven and solution oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
