Job DescriptionOur Human Resources (HR) Apprenticeship programme offers a dynamic blend of practical experience and academic learning, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the field of HR. Over the course the two-year programme, you will engage in hands-on experience while studying for your CIPD Level 3 qualification.The OpportunityReporting into the HR Advisor, you will become part of a tightly knit local HR team but also be part of a wider global HR team.In this role you will have a range of responsibilities such as delivering HR processes throughout the whole employee lifecycle, supporting with administrative support in Employee Relation (ER) cases and support in the facilitation and delivery of various HR initiatives. You will also have the chance to gain a formal CIPD qualification (day release) alongside hands-on experience and personalised mentoring from experienced professionals.The successful candidate will be organised with good time management, have robust attention to detail and be motivated to develop within a global organisation.Experience Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 5 or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
