• Strategic Partnership:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Gamma Solutions, SferaOne, Gamma Health, and Wenea, providing expert HR guidance.
• Talent Acquisition and Management:

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Develop and manage talent development programs to nurture and retain high-performing employees.
• Performance and Development:

• Implement effective performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in setting performance goals and developing improvement plans.
• Employee Engagement and Relations:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, promoting a harmonious workplace.
• Learning and Development:

• Identify learning needs and design comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Compensation and Benefits:

• Ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
• Conduct regular market analysis to maintain equitable and motivating compensation structures.
• Organizational Development:

• Drive organizational change initiatives that support business transformation and growth.
• Support sustainability and ESG-related projects, integrating them into the organizational culture.
• Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all regions.
• Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to the leadership team, providing insights for decision-making.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
