- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Gamma Solutions, SferaOne, Gamma Health, and Wenea, providing expert HR guidance.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Develop and manage talent development programs to nurture and retain high-performing employees.
- Performance and Development:
- Implement effective performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in setting performance goals and developing improvement plans.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify learning needs and design comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to maintain equitable and motivating compensation structures.
- Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives that support business transformation and growth.
- Support sustainability and ESG-related projects, integrating them into the organizational culture.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all regions.
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to the leadership team, providing insights for decision-making.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
