Work Flexibility: OnsiteThroughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2025 Cooperative cohort. Tasks and responsibilities may include:Together, with your Stryker team leader and college supervisor, identify an HR project along with project objectives, scope, success factors, milestones and evaluationSupport and assist in providing training development programs, training process and system solutions and translation of business needs into role-based training assignmentsPerform duties in support of audits, course design and development and standardization, program development, metrics reporting and training plansWork alongside training specialists across the Stryker Ireland sites to help support the digitization of processes and documentsSupport testing and validation of systems to determine if they are fit for purpose and futureproofed as industry standards improveCreate and design the transition of procedures from written format to videos and how they can be revolutionizedWhat you will need:Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification HR, Business or other related coursesHonesty and integrity; must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policiesSelf-motivated, flexible, and hardworking – enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environmentReliable, dependable, and punctualOrganised, focused, and capable of multi-taskingGood analytical and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic level of PC skills requiredIs a team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined teamTo be eligible:Enrolled at an Irish or Northern Irish university for the duration of the cooperative placementAvailable for either 6, 9 or 12 months – exact duration and start date to be discussed with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner at StrykerNext steps:Once you have applied to one of our co-op opportunities, our dedicated University Recruiting Business Partners will take some time to look through your application and ensure you meet the criteria in relation to the specific position.If you are successful, they will reach out to you to schedule a 15-minute Microsoft Teams video call to learn more about you and what you are interested.
