IAA Credit Union Service Reps perform a wide range of transactional duties while providing members with a high degree of customer service and accuracy.
This position is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL five days per week.
How does an IAA Credit Union Service Rep make an impact?
- Greets and welcomes members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Provides prompt, accurate and efficient service in the processing of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and cash advances.
- Processes bulk coin, accesses safety deposit boxes and sells products, such as money orders, vehicle registration stickers, gift cards and postage stamps.
- Maintains an accurate balance of cash and checks. Reconciles and negotiates foreign currency transactions.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of a full range of credit union products and services in order to answer member questions and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Accesses, balances and reports ATM figures and processes incoming mail as needed.

- Previous cash handling experience.
- Basic computer skills to include MS applications and web navigation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Regularly works daytime and Saturday hours with occasional overtime.
- Ability to work full days at a 45” counter.
- Ability to manage large amounts of coin (up to approximately 50 pounds).
- This is an entry level support role, which does not require previous experience.
