Our growth has been phenomenal, and we’re on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer campaigns, drive TikTok Shop success, and foster a thriving community of managed influencers.What you’ll be doing
- Managing Influencer Campaigns: Leading end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and TikTok Shop goals.
- Building a Community of Managed Influencers: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with influencers, creating a sense of community and collaboration through consistent communication and support.
- Recruiting and Onboarding: Identifying and onboarding new influencers who align with client brands and campaign objectives, focusing on authenticity and engagement.
- Driving TikTok Shop Success: Collaborating with influencers to create compelling content that maximises product visibility and conversions on TikTok Shop.
- Campaign Analysis and Optimisation: Monitoring the performance of influencer-led campaigns, analysing key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Creative Direction: Working closely with influencers to guide content creation, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and aligns with platform trends.
- Staying Ahead of Trends: Keeping up with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging influencer talent to maintain a competitive edge.
RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on TikTok and social commerce.
- A strong understanding of TikTok Shop and the role of influencers in driving sales and engagement.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster a supportive and collaborative influencer community.
- A creative mindset with the ability to guide influencers in producing engaging, on-brand content.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
- A passion for social media, influencers, and the evolving landscape of social commerce.
