Creating a global premium branded portfolio to access adult socialising occasions has been identified as one of the eight transformational opportunities for Britvic Plc in Mission 2025. London Essence, created in 2016, is now classified as an accelerate brand and is a key part of achieving this vision. It has been voted the No 2 top trending and bestselling mixer by world leading bartenders, is the fastest growing mixer in GB retail and has ambitions to become one of the most desired soft drinks in the world!As the Marketing Controller responsible for London Essence innovation, you will be shaping and owning the vision for, as well as leading the delivery of, the innovation programme across key Business Units and markets. You will create the portfolio expansion to drive transformational growth as part of Britvic’s growth ambition and will inspire a thriving and diverse team to ensure the delivery of that programme.This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring individual to join the central team at London Essence. You will be ready to make a real impact by joining a small team with a can-do mindset. In return, you will have the opportunity to truly shape the brand’s future, interacting with people across different markets and customers to create, inspire, and deliver the vision.Key Responsibilities: * Own the brand innovation vision and 3-year pipeline based on identifying consumer and customer opportunities that will enable the brand to outperform competitors and achieve its vision.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: * A self-starter, with 10+ years of marketing experience, who operates proactively – and where necessary reactively – in order to understand and beat the competition.
