Inside Sales Executive

This is a full-time, office-based role with a growing company in the IT sector. As part of the Inside Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales activities, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to develop a career in sales and customer engagement within a dynamic environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Client Support & Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for existing clients, helping to address their IT sales queries and ensuring a high standard of service and support.Sales Administration: Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Collaborate with the sales team to support the full sales cycle.Lead & Pipeline Management: Track sales opportunities, follow up on leads, qualify new prospects, and maintain accurate records using the CRM system.Product & Industry Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of the company’s IT services and stay up to date with new developments to effectively support client needs.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including sales, marketing, finance, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery.Procurement Assistance: Help with purchasing goods from suppliers and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures.Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities to build your expertise and grow your career.What We’re Looking For:A customer-focused individual with a professional approach and strong work ethic.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in person.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using IT systems.A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.Motivated, confident, and eager to contribute to business growth.Previous experience in a sales or customer support role is beneficial but not essential.What’s On Offer:Monday to Friday schedule with full-time hours.Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.Wellness initiatives and company events.On-site parking and sick pay scheme.For immediate consideration, please email your CV to or call Daniel Ivers on 051 878813.Hartley People Recruitment works to the highest ethical standards in our industry.
