You will use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure a seamless sales process. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Ability to adhere to targets set
- Utilize HubSpot to manage, track, and qualify inbound leads.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, to generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and information is accurate.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
😊 About YouQualifications:
- Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing sales processes and tracking performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
⛳️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits
- Competitive salary between 60.000 & 75.000€ OTE, depending on experience
- Preferably working from our office in Clonmel with flexibility to work from home
