You will use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure a seamless sales process. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.🔥 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Ability to adhere to targets set
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage, track, and qualify inbound leads.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, to generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and information is accurate.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with leads and customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.

😊 About YouQualifications:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing sales processes and tracking performance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

⛳️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary between 60.000 & 75.000€ OTE, depending on experience
  • Preferably working from our office in Clonmel with flexibility to work from home
