Installation & Logistics Operations ManagerOur client is seeking an Installation & Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the manufacturing, installation, logistics, and project execution teams across Ireland and the UK.This role is ideal for someone with a strong leadership background in manufacturing or operations.This role is crucial to ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all aspects of production and installation.The role
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong influencing skills. A strong background in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership is required.A minimum of 5 years + experience working at operations or management level in a production, manufacturing or operations environment is essential.Skills & experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing production teams.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and experience in integrating them into operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• IT literacy with experience in production tracking and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience managing production schedules, inventory, and supply chain logistics.

Desirable Experience:

• Green Belt certification in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology.
• Previous experience in manufacturing and installation.
• Experience with ISO standards and health & safety compliance (ISO14001).
• Change management experience in a growing organisation.
