Offer DescriptionYou are expected to conduct PhD research in the field of Tax Law, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bram Devolder.
You are expected to conduct scientific research, both your own research and concerning projects of the research institute. The topic of your doctoral project is to be determined in consultation with your supervisor, within the broad field of national or international tax law.
You are expected to provide teaching support, for example for the courses “Vennootschapsbelasting”, “Juridische en economische aspecten van transfer pricing”, “Fiscaliteit van fusies en overnames” and/or “Ondernemingsfiscaliteit”. This includes a.o. teaching practical exercises and/or seminars as well as supervising papers and master’s theses.
- You are holder of a Master in Law, with good to excellent results.
- Experience in the academic field or otherwise is recommended.
- Ability to integrate into the existing research group.
- An interest in exploring national or international tax law.
- Both Belgian and international candidates are encouraged to apply.
