As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeWorking within a busy, focused and collaborative team your key tasks will include: Coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the project process including Requests for Proposals (RFP), and client presentations working with collaborators to understand and develop win strategies Balancing multiple projects and ensuring their timely delivery Facilitating finalist presentations, scheduling and attending rehearsals and managing logistics for meetings Reviewing a client’s insurance programme cover and structure (with support from subject matter experts throughout the business) Sourcing information from the business, understanding and articulating value, working closely with Creative Design teams to develop visual concept and messaging for RFPs and client pitches Editing content for readability, consistency, clarity and brand compliance utilising standard tools and processes Ensuring the end to end review of the Request for Proposal response prior to submission including conducting own review, managing peer reviews and facilitating overall quality control Responsibility for post-bid reviews to include reviewing content with stakeholders/ SMEs to bring together updates to content and updating Aon’s RFP content library Following Aon policies and all relevant legislation Build and develop trusted relationships with colleagues throughout the business Update project specific online systems including Loopio and Workday.com Build your Aon IQHow this opportunity is differentThis is a superb opportunity to network across Aon and to work on some of the largest bids in the UK.
