The successful candidate will work within the Insurers’ sales team . This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team, in a target driven environment.What does the role entail?

• Identifying new business opportunities during customer calls
• Convert leads into sales to hit and exceed targets
• Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities
• Building rapport with customers
• Ensuring all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems
• Dealing with all customer requests in an efficient manner
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Ability to process leads, quotations and new business policies with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Skills & Knowledge:

• APA qualification in required
• 1+ years’ experience in personal lines insurance
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage their daily tasks
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Applied system (Relay) knowledge is a plus
• Clear & proficient communication and negotiation skills
