We are currently seeking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a CSA background for one of Irelands leading construction and engineering companies on a high tech construction project in Kildare.Benefits

Responsibilities
Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document control
Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement
Manage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues
Requirements
Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects
Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
A relevant 3rd level qualification
Experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
