This person will guide the sales process, building relationships with existing and prospective customers and ensure a seamless customer experience.Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to our existing database of customers.
• Discussing and providing quotations for the full product range.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.
• Understanding customers product needs by generating and closing new and existing leads.
• Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions and reporting on sales performance.
• Conduct campaigns to generate new business leads.
• Achieving set KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience building relationships in an outbound sales role.
• Experience using IT systems such as SAGE and Salesforce are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, providing proactive problem-solving solutions.
