Internal Sales RepresentativeSkelmersdaleMonday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00£21,528.00 + commissionIdeal Recruit are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Skelmersdale. Our client is looking for someone who can upsell to their existing customers and expand the range of products they buy from them. This role is not a hard sell cold calling position.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
- Ensuring all orders given by customers are recorded and entered accurately on the SAP system.
- Comparing current orders with previous orders to identify any sales opportunities.
- Using sales skills to up-sell any promotional offers.
- Creating opportunities to sell additional products and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintaining Excellent knowledge of the product range and promotions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong knowledge of computer office programmes for example: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Have a high attention to detail
