Overview:Responsible for the effective co-ordination, progress chasing and management of all required communications specific to the day-to-day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments out of the country, across all modes of international transportation, (air, ocean and surface), in line with customer requirements and contractual agreements in place. Responsibilities:

• Entry of shipments and processing of import – export orders
• Supporting and advising the customers and agents
• Preparation and monitoring of quotation offers
• Ensuring and processing billing to customers
• Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
• Preparation of delivery dockets, customs documents, etc.
• Monitoring appointments
• Documentation and optimization of workflows
• Support of supervisors in projects
• Documentation and filing of files
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).

Qualifications:

• Completed training in freight forwarding
• Completed training and professional courses in the field of import, export, DG (Dangerous Goods)
• Professional experience in the commercial area of air freight Imp – Exp.
