INTERNSHIP – Quality & Food Safety in Design – March 2025 – (M/W)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE : 

In the QFS in Design team, this internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette (91), in our superb research and innovation center, starting in March 2025.

Inès, QFS in Design senior manager, will support you in your missions:

• 25%: KPIs:
• Prepare EU (European Union) Quarterly Quality Review QFSiD (Quality and Food Safety in Design) section, using automated Dashboard (Power BI)
• Collect input, from country teams, for trend analysis
• 25%: Learning/trainings:
• QFS on-boarding – QFSiD section: material update
• Design Campus trainings:
• Publication of modules on internal learning platform
• Capturing Questions and populating Answers in the training deck
• 25%: QFSiD Community calls:
• Q2 & Q3 QFSiD community calls preparation : connection with speakers, getting ready agenda & deck, based on existing yearly plan
• 2025 plan update (topics/speakers, in case of need) + 2026 plan preparation
• 25%: Communication:
• Delivering a post each time a support is published (QFSiD workplace group)
• Reach out to team member to develop new quality contact
• QFSiD monthly update for EU

THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS INTERNSHIP :

• You’ll receive a bonus ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and Césure) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

Ready to become a Danoner? We are looking for someone who is :

• Available from March 2025 for a period of 6 months,
• BAC +5 level from a university or agri-food engineering school
• Rigorous, results-oriented and curious by nature
• Do you speek English? We need someone who is fluent!
• French is a plus
• Software: Excel pro and ideally already a PowerBI user (or strongly interested in learning this tool) / you’re comfortable with PowerPoint/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams (intermediate).
