INTERNSHIP – Training and e-learning communications officer – January 2025 – (M/F)

The GLOBAL ENGINEERING department is recruiting an intern to produce face-to-face training materials and e-learning in the field of hygienic design of equipment, cleaning of facilities and aseptic technologies. This position is in collaboration with the Central Quality department.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

In the Global Engineering team, this internship will take place in Évian les bains (74), in our production site from January 2025.

Sophie, Hygiene and Aseptic Design Manager, will support you to flourish in your missions:

• Finalize/Create PowerPoint supports that bring together existing training from the different Danone divisions on the subjects of hygienic design, cleaning and aseptic.
• Create practical exercises to boost training and improve slides for more effective communication.
• Create e-learning (video, questionnaires, etc.)
• Manage translations into local language with country contacts to generate e-learning in different languages. • Carry out ice-breakers, tools for facilitating the course.
• Participate in a training session on these new modules.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

• Mileage allowance scale
• Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

Ready to become Danoner? We are looking for someone for this position who is:

• Available from January 2025 for a period of 6 months
• Bac+4/5 level from a university course, engineering school, or business school with a specialization in agri-food or communication/training
• Ability to work independently, be proactive and creative.
• Good writing skills and ease in communicating orally.
• Volunteer to improve skills on e-learning tools (Easy Generator, etc.)
• Comfortable with Powerpoint, video editing and image adaptation, these functions no longer hold any secrets for you.
