Develop intellectual property (IP) models to support contract negotiations for business and project development.
Assist the legal team in drafting IP ownership, licensing, and related clauses.
Serve as the IP expert in direct discussions with external clients during complex negotiations.
Leverage the organization’s IP portfolio and litigation insights to inform contractual provisions.
Design and maintain an IP strategy aligned with R&D and business goals.
Provide group-wide IP advice and intelligence, including IP landscape analysis, risk mitigation, and business alignment.
Co-manage infringement and validity cases alongside the IP portfolio and litigation teams.
Conduct internal debriefings and audits as part of due diligence processes.
Requirements:
Master’s or PhD in Engineering or Sciences (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Solid-State Physics), with a focus on semiconductor processing or chip design.
Strong knowledge of intellectual property rights and licensing, with practical experience in negotiating and managing IP or technology licensing agreements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Diplomatic, solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling sensitive and complex scenarios.
