Salary: €50,000 – €60,000At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Internal Sales Representative with experience in Ironmongery and Metal Products to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organizationWhat’s on Offer:

• €50,000 – €60,000 salary

Your new role includes:

• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• Grow new business by engaging with decision making stakeholders within the construction industry
• Build a strong network of industry & sector partners, installers, architects & builders to seek support for both business growth and retention
• Achieve sales KPI’s and targets
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider sales teams, customer operations and logistics

Experience you need:

• Previous sales experience in the ironmongery industry is a must
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Confident, resilient and target driven
