We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a background in .NET technologies to join our clients team. This role will primarily involve supporting our business systems and actively participating in business systems implementations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring the effective utilisation of technology to drive business efficiency and growth.Responsibilities:You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.You will conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.You will work closely with development teams to define system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations.You will participate in the implementation and configuration of business systems, ensuring successful delivery within specified time lines and budgets.You will conduct system testing and validation, ensuring the quality and integrity of implemented solutions.You will provide ongoing support for business systems, troubleshooting issues, and addressing user concerns in a timely manner.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption and facilitate training sessions on implemented systems.You will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems.You will assist in data analysis and reporting activities, supporting business decision-making processes.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.Strong knowledge and experience in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL Server, and ability to write SQL queries for data analysis.Previous involvement in supporting business systems and participating in business systems implementations.Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Knowledge of software development methodologies and agile practices.For more details or to apply, feel free to contact me directly at 1901 4401 or email me at .GCS is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
