Mizkan is looking for an IT Business Analyst with Power BI experience to
join our Data &

Analytics team. If you are a curious data-minded individual that enjoys
working closely with the

business to gather and document requirements, create Power BI reports
and dashboards to

improve operational performance this may be the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate has

consumer goods manufacturing experience and is passionate about new
ideas, works effectively

with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly with functional teams (production, sales, finance,
marketing etc.) to serve

their business intelligence needs. Work cross-functionally, both
horizontally and

vertically, to identify requirements and potential KPIs

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand
data needs

and objectives.

Create and maintain documentation, including requirements,
specifications, and user

guides. This includes collaborating with solution architects and
developers to translate

business requirements into technical work stories.

Design, create, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to
visualize key business

metrics and insights.

Analyze D365 F&O modules to uncover business processes and interrogate
the

operational data.

Utilize SQL and Power BI to extract and analyze data in defining
business requirements.

Train end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices for data
visualization and

interpretation.

Manage and maintain stakeholder and executive sign-off of business
requirements

documents and delivered solutions.

Utilize DevOps to coordinate Sprint planning among project resources,
ensuring timely

completion and transparent communication.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Statistics or
equivalent

practical

3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, technical analyst or
product management.

1-2 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food
manufacturing

industry.

1-2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365
F&O)

Proficiency in T-SQL, Microsoft database technologies, DevOps and Power
BI.

Strong skills in technical draftsmanship and working knowledge of
standard software and

database documentation artifacts.

Excellent business and technical communication skills (verbal and
written) to effectively

gather and document req uirements and communicate with stakeholders.

Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal,
time management,

multi-tasking and communication skills.
